Fall 2025 Career Fair
The SCMA Career Fair is the premier hiring event for the SCM programs at ASU. At the Fall 2025 Career Fair, you will have the opportunity to meet and recruit top talent from both the Undergraduate and Graduate Student programs.
Date: Thursday, September 18th, 2025
Time: 12 PM - 4 PM MST (Employer Check-In at 11 AM MST)
Location: Senita Ballroom, Student Pavilion
Company Participation Fee: $800*
Payment Deadline: Thursday, September 4th, 2025
Employer Registration includes an employer table at SCMA at ASU Career Fair, access to our Resume Book, and Student Engagement Opportunities such as the mock interview workshop.
*SCEC Members will have the registration fee waived. For questions, please email Dhruv Nair at careerfair@asuscma.org.
CAREER FAIR EMPLOYER FAQS
IS THE REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDABLE?
Yes, the registration fee can be refunded if a company chooses to withdraw by September 12th at 5:00 PM MST. If a company chooses to withdraw after September 12th at 5:00 PM MST, no refund will be issued.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I SHIP MY MATERIALS FOR THE CAREER FAIR?
If you are attending in person, the location and instructions will be given upon completion of registration and payment.
HOW MANY REPRESENTATIVES CAN ATTEND?
Please limit attendance to a total of 3 company representatives, space is limited. If you would like to bring additional representatives, please reach out to Dhruv Nair at careerfair@asuscma.org about purchasing a second booth.
HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ENTRY FOR THE COMPANY BOOK?
Each career fair we send a book out to our students to notify them the list of companies that are attending and the jobs that are being offered. You will be asked to submit a Company Book form at the end of registration.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CAREER FAIR WORKSHOP?
Select companies will also have the opportunity to meet with students before the career fair! This is a great chance for companies to gain more exposure within our student base with no associated cost. On Wednesday, September 17th, SCMA will host a mock interview workshop where recruiters will have the chance to "mock" interview students for 30 minutes to enhance their interviewing skills prior to the fair.
CAN I REQUEST A RECEIPT FOR MY REGISTRATION?
You will receive an invoice after your career fair registration is approved. Email Dhruv Nair at careerfair@asuscma.org if you need another one sent.
