Spring 2025 Career Fair
The SCMA Career Fair is the premier hiring event for the SCM programs at ASU. At the Spring 2025 Career Fair, you will have the opportunity to meet and recruit top talent from both the Undergraduate and Graduate Student programs.
Date: Thursday, January 23rd, 2025
Time: 12 PM - 4 PM MST (Employer Check-In at 11 AM MST)
Location: Student Pavilion, Senita Ballrooms ABC
Company Participation Fee: $800 for 1 booth, $1200 for 2 booths*
Payment Deadline: January 18th, 5 PM MST
Employer Registration includes an employer table at SCMA at ASU Career Fair, access to our Resume Book, and Student Engagement Opportunities such as the mock interview workshop. More mock interview workshop information and interest form can be found below.

CAREER FAIR EMPLOYER FAQS
IS THE REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDABLE?
Yes, the registration fee can be refunded if a company chooses to withdraw by January 18th at 5:00 PM MST. If a company chooses to withdraw after January 18th at 5:00 PM MST, no refund will be issued.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I SHIP MY MATERIALS FOR THE CAREER FAIR?
If you are attending in person, the location and instructions will be given upon completion of registration and payment.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CAREER FAIR WORKSHOP?
Select companies will also have the opportunity to meet with students before the career fair! This is a great chance for companies to gain more exposure within our student base with no associated cost. On Wednesday, January 23rd from 3 PM - 6 PM, SCMA will host a mock interview workshop where recruiters will have the chance to "mock" interview students for 30 minutes to enhance their interviewing skills prior to the fair.
HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ENTRY FOR THE COMPANY BOOK?
Each career fair we send a book out to our students to notify them the list of companies that are attending and the jobs that are being offered. You will be asked to submit a Company Book form at the end of registration.
HOW MANY REPRESENTATIVES CAN ATTEND?
We request that a company brings no more than 3 representatives to the Career Fair due to limited capacity
CAN I REQUEST A RECEIPT FOR MY REGISTRATION?
You will receive an invoice after your career fair registration is approved. Email Andrew Martincic at careerfair@asuscma.org if you need another one sent.
